Many GVI alumni return home still longing to contribute to impact efforts being conducted at their base. Contributing to the GVI Trust is the easiest way to support these local sustainable development initiatives while in your home country.

The GVI Trust is a UK-registered charity that was set up in 2005 to aid with disaster relief following the devastation caused by Hurricane Stan in Guatemala. It has since evolved with the purpose of supporting our local partners in achieving their goals, and there are now a wide range of different projects to fundraise for. From African white rhino conservation and Asian elephant rewilding to coral bleaching and increasing access to education, there is something for everyone no matter what you are passionate about.

You can get involved by donating or setting up an individual fundraiser and collecting funds in your local community. By fundraising for the GVI Trust, not only will you be raising valuable funds to support our work, but you will be helping to raise awareness about the issues we are working so hard to resolve.
