Travel Upgrades
GVI actively encourages as many people as possible to volunteer so if all that is putting you off is the rouging it aspect you now have no excuse! All GVI projects have been set up to provide the lowest costs possible for volunteers and as such accommodations are mostly of a basic standard, shared and with local host families. However certain projects offer the chance to upgrade your accommodations to provide you with private rooms, a hot shower, a larger menu choice and much more.
Our field staff can help you make your volunteering experience as comfortable for you as you wish so if you have any special requirements please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate your wishes. Have a look below to find projects that can provide you with a few of life’s little luxuries
