GVI’s runs a variety of international internship positions including student internships, volunteer internships, trainee schemes and paid and unpaid work abroad placements all around the world. Positions vary dependant on skills required and duration although most do require some standard GVI training which is obtainable through many of our programs. View our list of opportunities below.

Internship Schemes

GVI’s Internships combine all the training and support you get from any GVI program with additional training courses and practical experience to allow you the opportunity to apply for paid or unpaid work in the field. Many university students also find these are a great way to spend there “Year out in Industry”. Scholarships

Exceptional candidates on GVI programmes may occasionally be asked to stay as the winner of a GVI Scholarship. Scholarships may be offered at the discression of the field staff and receipients will help the staff team with general volunteer and program management. View all GVI Expeditions here

Paid and Unpaid work placements
