Fundraising Events

Each year GVI hold fundraising events to raise money for the GVI Charitable Trust. A fundraiser is a great chance to reunite with your friends, do something amazing and give back to the communities and environments in which you worked. Indeed your time volunteering with GVI in the field was only the first part of how you can help!

By raising awareness and funds during GVI’s fundraising events, the time you spent away becomes even more valuable and increases the sustainability of the help you gave volunteering overseas. Volunteer abroad fundraising can take you on existing, exciting charity challenges or a tailor-made challenge you create yourself to suit your interests, whether that’s going on a bike trek or cycle ride, or climbing a mountain. Joining our existing challenge is the easiest way to give more back or we can help you organise your own trek or challenge for groups.
