What's Included

Welcome and orientation session, full accommodation, all necessary training/field equipment, breakfast. GVI’s Pre-departure support and discounted services, 24 hour emergency phone, 24 hour in country support

What's Not Included

International flights, visa costs, medical and travel insurance. Personal kit. Lunch and dinner. Internet connection/phone calls and spending money.

The Booking Process

Once GVI receives your application form, one of our experienced regional coordinators will give you a call to find out if you have any further questions, or simply want to find out more about volunteering. All GVI staff regularly visit the project sites, and have volunteered and travelled themselves, so have an in-depth knowledge and boundless enthusiasm that ensures your application process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Arrival And Departure Information

Volunteers should get a return flight to and from Luis Eduardo Magalhaes airport in, Salvador, Bahia (SSA). More detailed information will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
