What's Included

Airport Pick up and Drop off in Guatemala, Two nights hotel stay in Antigua, Guatemala- one at the start and one at the end. Travel to and from Honduras (border tax is an extra US$4), All food and accomodation, 40 hours of one-on-one Spanish lessons (if paying Spanish price); Criminal Records Bureau check for UK participants, one scholarship for a child to attend school for one year; Pre-departure support and discounted services, 24 hour emergency phone, 24 hour in country support

What's Not Included

International flights, medical and travel insurance, personal kit, spending money.

Once GVI receives your application form, one of our experienced regional coordinators will give you a call to find out if you have any further questions, or simply want to find out more about volunteering. All GVI staff regularly visit the project sites, and have volunteered and travelled themselves, so have an in-depth knowledge and boundless enthusiasm that ensures your application process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Arrival And Departure Information

Volunteers should get a return flight to and from La Aurora Airport in Guatemala City (GUA). More detailed information will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
