What's Not Included

International flights, personal kit (including the wetsuit, mask, fins and snorkel), and medical and travel insurance.

Once GVI receives your application form, one of our experienced regional coordinators will give you a call to find out if you have any further questions, or simply want to find out more about volunteering. All GVI staff regularly visit the project sites, and have volunteered and travelled themselves, so have an in-depth knowledge and boundless enthusiasm that ensures your application process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Arrival And Departure Information

All expedition members are picked up and dropped off at Cancun International Airport, provided they arrive within allocated dates / times. From here, you are transported to and from the expedition base via Tulum. You must arrive by the published start date of the expedition, preferably the day before.
