What's Included
All food and accommodation, airport transfers, PADI Advanced Open Water, PADI photography specialty course, fun dives, adventure/cultural activities, PADI Coral Reef Researcher specialty, Introduction to TEFL training and certification, heavily discounted further dive training options up to PADI Divemaster, all training materials, technical dive equipment and science equipment, Emergency First Aid course, 24 hour in-country support and a 24 hour emergency phone line.
What's Not Included
International flights, personal kit (including the wetsuit, mask, fins and snorkel), and medical and travel insurance.
The Booking Process
Once GVI receives your application form, one of our experienced regional coordinators will give you a call to find out if you have any further questions, or simply want to find out more about volunteering. All GVI staff regularly visit the project sites, and have volunteered and travelled themselves, so have an in-depth knowledge and boundless enthusiasm that ensures your application process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Arrival And Departure Information
All volunteers are picked up and dropped off at Playa del Carmen, provided they arrive within allocated dates / times. From here, you are transported to and from the expedition base via Tulum. You must arrive by the published start date of the expedition, preferably the day before.
