What's Included
Airport pick-up and transfer to base; all food and accommodation, training materials and science equipment; an ‘Introduction to TEFL’ (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course; BTEC qualification in Supervising Biological Surveys comprehensive training necessary for research techniques; an ‘Emergency First Aid’ course; 24-hour in-country support and a 24-hour emergency phone line.
What's Not Included
International flights, PADI dive courses, transport to/from work placement, set breaks, medical and travel insurance.

Once GVI receives your application form, one of our experienced regional coordinators will give you a call to find out if you have any further questions, or simply want to find out more about volunteering. All GVI staff regularly visit the project sites, and have volunteered and travelled themselves, so have an in-depth knowledge and boundless enthusiasm that ensures your application process runs smoothly and efficiently.
