What's Included
Return transfers from Johannesburg, All food and accommodation, all training materials and expert supervision, a full day safari in the Kruger National Park and a visit to a rural school. GVI’s Pre-departure support and discounted services, 24 hour emergency phone, 24 hour in country support
What's Not Included
International Flights, Insurance, personal kit and personal spending money.
The Booking Process
Once GVI receives your application form, one of our experienced regional coordinators will give you a call to find out if you have any further questions, or simply want to find out more about volunteering. All GVI staff regularly visit the project sites, and have volunteered and travelled themselves, so have an in-depth knowledge and boundless enthusiasm that ensures your application process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Arrival And Departure Information
Volunteers should get a return flight to and from Oliver Tambo International in Johannesburg(JNB). All participants should arrive before 12pm the day the course starts (Monday). A staff member will be at the airport to transfer you to the camp. You will be transferred back to the airport on a Monday 4 weeks later, arriving at the airport around 2pm. More detailed information will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
