I’ve always loved the sea - I was introduced to snorkelling when I was 5, and have been hooked ever since! Fast-forward a few years, and after completing a degree in Marine Biology, I signed up as Marine Conservation and Divemaster Intern with GVI Seychelles. I spent 6 months doing a mixture of scientific reef surveying as well as furthering my dive career, all in a beautiful tropical paradise! It was an amazing experience, and I came away with memories to last a lifetime! After volunteering with GVI, I decided to carry on down the diving career path and in 2013 became a PADI Instructor. As an instructor, I’ve been able to travel the world, sharing my passion for the marine environment with both new and experienced divers. In 2015, I came back to GVI where I now work as a Dive Officer in my old volunteer home! GVI not only gave me an experience of a lifetime, it helped me grow and progress in my career.
