Country Fact File : Namibia
Volunteer Work with Desert Elephants in Namibia

Namibia FlagBecause Namibia has one of the world's most barren and inhospitable coastlines, it was largely ignored by European explorers and this is why, even today, so many parts of it remain unexplored. Wedged between the Kalahari and the chilly South Atlantic, Namibia has deserts, seascapes, bushwalking and boundlessness. Blessed with rich natural resources, a solid modern infrastructure and diverse traditional cultures, it is a beautiful country of vast potential.
