Cold nights and warm days, starry skies and scorpions all went towards making this a vintage experience! Perhaps even more vintage than the Land Cruisers we were travelling in. Wayne’s innate understanding of the elephants, flora, fauna (and Bob Dylan) were the highlight of the experience for me. This is no package safari but a hands-on experience where rocks were heaved and cemented into place to make a wall and secure the water tower from elephants. Namibia has a lot to offer and I would advise having a good look at all that this beautiful country has to offer.
