Description
We are urgently seeking practical people to assist our partners in Seychelles, SCMRT-MPA, to convert some ruins into an operational research base.There is a ranger station on the island and the volunteers will work under the direct supervision of the local organisation SCMRT-MPA and the rangers stationed there. GVI hopes to place at least one person from this current expedition who will help SCMRT-MPA co-ordinate activities on Curiuse. We are looking for 4 or 5 people with good practical ability, ideally but not necessarily some building / house renovation experience to arrive in Seychelles between the 20th or soon afterwards. The post will run until the second week of next phase, 28th of July but if we have very good people they could stay on longer depending on how far things had progressed.

Qualifications Required
- The volunteers will need to be very self motivated as they will not have a GVI staff member with them, but will be working directly for SCMRT and local Builder direction. Ideally but not necessarily some building / house renovation experience and must have taken part in a GVI expedition.
